ProofOS is a working tool for approaching the market in a structured way. The service helps you prioritize the next move, find and verify relevant companies, prepare outreach across channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn, and use recorded outcomes to shape what to do next.
ProofOS is intended for business and other professional use, not for private consumption. You do not need to operate a limited company to use ProofOS. A founder, sole trader or other person purchasing ProofOS for their business or professional activity may use the service. By accepting these terms you confirm that your use is for such purposes.
You sign in to ProofOS with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your sign-in. Accounts may not be shared between multiple people.
ProofOS offers a 3-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. The date of your first charge is shown before you start. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made.
The price of ProofOS is 799 kr per month in Sweden, excluding VAT. Internationally, the price is €79 per month, excluding VAT and any other applicable taxes. Current pricing is available at proof-os.com. We may adjust prices going forward. Price changes are announced in advance and take effect on your next renewal.
Payments are handled by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide, at the applicable price and interval. We do not store full card details in our systems.
After the trial, your subscription becomes an ongoing monthly subscription that renews automatically month by month until you cancel. Each period is charged in advance on the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made. We do not refund charges already made for started months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
You retain all rights to the content you create and load into ProofOS, for example goals, working material, contacts, notes and outcomes. You are responsible for having the right to use the content and information you put into the service.
To deliver ProofOS you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, copy, process and display your content back to you in the service, and to allow our technical providers to do the same on our behalf. This right is used solely to provide, secure and improve ProofOS and ends when your content is deleted.
You may not use ProofOS for unlawful activity, to circumvent security or verification, to infringe third-party rights, for spam or communication that breaches applicable law, to place unreasonable load on the service, or to extract underlying systems, source code or data not intended for you.
ProofOS helps you prepare outreach. You decide whether and how to contact companies and people. You are responsible for making sure your outreach complies with applicable law — for example the GDPR, ePrivacy and national rules on marketing and communication. We are not responsible for outcomes or claims arising from your use of contact information.
ProofOS uses AI to reason about what you write and what is being prepared. The system distinguishes between verified information, uncertain information and things that cannot be verified. We actively work to prevent uncertain information from being used as fact, but we cannot guarantee that all outputs are correct. Before you use AI-generated content externally, you are responsible for reviewing that it is correct and appropriate.
ProofOS is a working tool. We do not guarantee customers, revenue, meetings or other business outcomes. The market and the real people you engage decide what works.
We work to make ProofOS available and stable, but we cannot commit to a specific uptime or service level. We may update, change or remove parts of the service. For material changes we inform you in advance where reasonable.
We may suspend or close an account in cases of abuse, security concerns, non-payment, breach of these terms or where required by law. Where possible we inform you first and give you an opportunity to fix the situation.
When your account is closed your content is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where law requires longer retention. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, our aggregate liability for damages arising in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid for ProofOS in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, lost customers or lost data. The limitation does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence.
We are not liable for interruptions, delays or deficiencies caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as outages at infrastructure providers, government decisions, labour disputes or network disruption.
We may update these terms when the service, providers or law changes. For material changes we inform you in ProofOS or by email before they take effect. The current version is always available at proof-os.com/terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved through dialogue between the parties. If that is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by a Swedish general court.
